The studio was founded by Amiram Biton, an interior designer and a graduate of HIT – Holon Institute of Technology, with extensive experience in planning and designing commercial, culinary and hospitality spaces. Over the years, he has worked closely with entrepreneurs, brands and growing networks, developing a deep understanding of the relationship between design, operations and business success.
The studio specializes in the planning and design of bakeries, cafés, restaurants and commercial concepts, and works in close collaboration with clients from the early conceptual stage through to full execution on site.
Driven by a strong understanding of business needs, operational flows and daily use, each project is approached as a complete system — integrating concept, functionality and precise detailing into a clear and coherent design language. Design is never decorative for its own sake; it is purposeful, serving both the customer experience and the business behind it.
Each project is individually tailored. We believe that no two clients, brands or spaces are the same, and therefore every project is developed through an ongoing dialogue with the client, consultants and contractors. The studio is involved in all stages of the process — from concept development and planning, through detailed working drawings and design, to on-site supervision and execution.
